We had a dream stay! The apartment was very well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. Jonathan was great and very quick when we needed him. The location is perfect and the ocean view is beautiful! The building is quiet and peaceful but a 2-minute walk from all the attractions and restaurants in the city. We would definitely recommend this dream place. Thanks Malka!💜

We stayed at this beautiful three bedroom condo, located right on the water. It was exactly as described in the listing, the host provided a great concierge service for transfer to and from Cancun airport, golf cart rental and reserved sun beds at a local beach resort. We had daily housekeeping and the location was prime for the NYE fireworks celebration.

Locatio, Location, Location! Perfect Property for our groups stay on Isla Mujeres! We were so lucky to be waking up to that Beautiful Ocean view everyday! The condo has a lovely and well appointed interior. And such a great perk to have someone stop in to tiddy up each day as well. The Condo is within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, shopping and so much more! Malka and her Team, Ilsa and Marco, were wonderful to work with. Everyone was extremely responsive and helpful in scheduling our transportation and excursion needs. We all had the best stay and look forward to a return visit! Thank you again!

Great place! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The concierge was very responsive and helped us arrange multiple activities. Awesome view right on the water with easy access to everything on the north end of the island. We walked everywhere when we weren’t using our golf cart. One small area of improvement would be the initial cleanliness of the space, nothing bad enough to reduce our overall experience, but everything else was top notch, so it stood out. Otherwise, thanks for a great stay on our first trip to Isla Mujeres!

excellent location 500mts from the north beach and 100mts from the pedestrian. above the sea in an area without a beach but with very good views especially of the sunrise.

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful and clean. Malka was so responsive and helpful! The fire pit and theater were particularly great for our group! Would definitely recommend!

Stayed here for a relaxing, cozy cabin weekend with my girls for my birthday, and it was everything we needed and more. Malka’s space is beautiful and modern just as pictured. Lots of natural light. Amenities were nice, my group loved the movie room and dining area for group meals. The house is spacious and was fully stocked for our cooking needs. There was ample space and we loved the house! Would highly recommend for a large group getaway.

We had a great weekend stay at Malka's house. It was the perfect spot to get together a group of friends including five kids age six and younger. There was ample space for the kids to explore, from lounging in the movie room to playing on the bunk beds in the basement. The snowy views were beautiful to enjoy, and the clean, uncluttered space was a great backdrop to making core memories.

We had a wonderful stay at Malkita’s place! The house was clean, well-located, and had everything we needed. She was very responsive and accommodating, making our trip even better. We would definitely recommend staying here

The place was lovely and looked just like the pictures! Everything was super modern, lovely and clean. The hosts were super responsive and communicated well with us through out the entire trip, very accommodating . The check in process was super smooth and our hosts left a binder with all the info needed. It was near the beach and conveniently located to lots of good places to eat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all it had to offer, would definitely recommend staying here.

"We would just like to give a special thanks to the outstanding hosts for such an awesome stay. You two did great! As soon as my wife and I walked in we felt right at home. From the layout, fresh linens, spotless bathrooms, gorgeous functional kitchen - to the endless amount of needs during a stay at a house. (Coffee, tea, pool floats, lots of bathroom and beach/pool towels, top tier beach chairs and all the other beach equipment). The house is mins away from Indian Shores, which is a huge plus! We love that beach and our favorite restaurant Salt Rock Grill. Overall comfortable from all the big things to little things these wonderful hosts took into consideration."

"Our first time to this area and much needed beach retreat from winter in the northeast! We often do Airbnbs when traveling and this was by far the nicest one we've stayed in. It was impeccably clean, they allowed us to check in early, were responsive to messages, and so friendly! The shower is luxurious and it's a short 1.5 block walk to the beach. Well stocked beach gear for 4 - towels, coolers, & beach chairs. Everything was wonderful!"

Everything inside was lovely! We enjoyed the outdoor spaces as much as the indoor. It was great having access to the a washer and dryer as well. Great location & Great Hosts!"

"The house was great for our family vacations (2 adults + 2 young kids), spacious, clean, well equipped. Close to Indian Rocks Beach (about 10 minutes drive). The neighbourhood is really quiet. The hosts were really responsive, answered all our questions and needs really quickly. We specially loved all the available gear and toys for the beach ; it made our vacations easier!"
